Service Window
Includes 2 hours of service. We will arrive 60 minutes prior to the event time to set-up. Additional hour can be added at $100.00/hour.
Menu
Client may choose 2 Entrées and a side off our Truck menu. Additional Entrée is $6.00 each and additional side is $3.00 each.
Booking
Food Truck must be booked 5 days prior to the event date and are subject to truck availability. To book, a confirmed order and deposit are required.
Gratuity
Gratuity for staff is not included. A 20% of food and beverage cost will be added to the bill.
Parking & Permits
Trailer must be on level plane, we cannot place trailer on incline.
Clients must reserve parking for all events and are responsible for any fees. Parking requirements for food truck must be length and width of 3 full size cars with easy in and out access. No roofed and walled lots permitted. Some locations require additional permits to operate, which Sporty’s will work with and obtain at clients’ cost. Sporty’s is not responsible to damages incurred to area where trailer is placed. Insurance certificate available at additional fee of $25.00.
Deposit & Final Payment
Sporty’s Catering requires 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit at time of booking to secure the food truck. Final balance payments are due 5 days prior to event. If event is scheduled 5 days or less from event date, full payment is required at time of booking. Payment can be in the form of Cash, Check, or Credit Card. Card payment will incur a 2.9% surcharge% fee added to Grand Total.
Event Cancellation Policy
The 50% deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. If the event is canceled 3 days prior to the event, 20% of the FINAL bill will be refunded.
Utensils, Disposables & Trash
Sporty’s will provide utensils, napkins, and food containers for service. Trash can and disposable of trash provided by client.
Employee & Client Safety
For the safety of our staff, and you and your guests, trailer should be placed away from children playing, or party activities.
Rate of Travel and Truck Fee
Sporty’s will apply $200.00 truck fee, which includes 15 miles of travel from location at 448 W Army Trail Rd. Bloomingdale, IL. 60108. There will be an additional $3.00 per mile after the allotted marker of 15 mile.
